我所草产品加工研究团队半年发表6篇SCI论文
我所草原研究所草产品加工研究团队在国家自然科学基金面上项目、国际合作项目等经费资助下,在青贮饲料微生物演替规律和发酵品质形成机制方面的研究取得了突破性进展,半年发表6篇SCI论文,影响因子达23。特别是孙林第一作者、薛艳林通讯作者及王超第一作者,薛艳林通讯作者的两篇论文均发表在了行业顶尖级的Front. Microbiol. (IF=5.640)杂志上,受到了国内外同行的密切关注和赞扬。研究成果为生产优质安全的青贮饲料提供了理论基础,也为青贮饲料乳酸菌添加剂研发提供了新的思路。具体研究进展如下:
1.发现全株玉米青贮饲料发酵过程中存在乳酸菌发酵接力现象、加工青贮饲料时使用同源乳酸菌的效果优于其他来源的乳酸菌。

2.青贮饲料发酵过程中较高的细菌多样性有助于积累微生物代谢产物,较高的真菌多样性有助于提高有氧稳定性。

4.发现牧草生长地理环境是影响其表面微生物群落结构的主要因素、乳酸杆菌属决定全株玉米青贮饲料细菌演替模式。
